Oscar is professional, responsive (returns phone calls), reasonably priced, and VERY flexible. I had shifting dates and Oscar was able to be flexible with his schedule and also work about other contractors in the house. He also accommodated extra work (trim, additional rooms) with no problem. Above all though, the quality of the paint job was great. Prep work was outstanding (ALL fixtures off, great job on painters caulk) and quality of the painting was top. Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
