"We reached out to The Sprinkler Company after we had some major landscaping done at our home. Unfortunately, the tree and shrub removal, drainage, & new plantings damaged our irrigation system. We scheduled an appointment and Chuck came out to assess the system, however the damage was significant and nothing was working. He recommended scheduling a service call with a technician who could repair the damage and see what was viable/not viable. Within a week they were back to fix some cut wires and broken pipes. Afterwards, Chuck was able to give us a proposal for reconfigure the system to accommodate the new landscape layout. He put the repair cost as a deposit towards the new work we're getting done, which saved us a few hundred dollars! Very pleased and can't wait for the system to be refurbished in the spring."

"Absolutely fantastic job with our installation. Mike responded quickly. Met me at my house to review our yard and situation. Provided a written estimate within minutes and delivered when we asked!! The team of 4 who did the installation were extremely professional, quick and left the yard in great shape. After 4 weeks, the lawn looks fantastic and new grass has grown in the trenched areas beautifully. I can't recommend NJ Irrigation enough for installation services. Sadly, as the weather cools, I'm about to call them to close it down for the season - but I'll be ready next year to ensure our lawn remains the talk of the neighborhood thanks to Mike and NJ Irrigation!!"

"This Mom & Pop business Needs Work. The Wife is easy to talk to very nice customer service skills. The Husband is a No Mannered Brute. He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry.. I got a Great Company who Fixed All of my Problems and the customer service is Fantastic (Water Workz) The Best around.. Good Luck Drew Harp.. "

"Waited over 10 hours for someone to finally appear. During the process the customer service was horrible in communications and in keeping us informed. Absolutely horrid experience. Not only were they rude they were condescending and abusive."

"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"Horrible company and service ever. They barely call back and they have so many processes work never gets done. We had our sprinkler system opened this year with 2 leaks found. It took 4 phone calls to get an estimate to fix the leak in 2 zones and we are on now 3 calls to get it scheduled for them to come back out and fix the leaks. 3 weeks later I still have 2 zones suspended with no scheduled day for them to come back. That’s just to fix a leak I then asked after 2 seasons of me asking to have someone come out to add a zone to cover our garden beds so a sales person comes and tells me I need a more experienced sales person to look at my system to provide an estimate that is now 5 days ago and I never heard any feedback on sending another sales person here. Don’t bother with this company, we will be using someone else going forward. I will also be sure to share with other households that we are friends with and related to our poor experience to let them know we should look for another company as I know they have experienced similar issues"
