They truly cared about the project, our family and the disruption that it caused while living through a Reno of this size (with a toddler and two animals, none the less). "Our travertine floor was in pretty bad shape: stains, cracks, big holes, etc. We had given up on “fixing” the floor and were thinking of gutting the entire floor and putting in new tiles. THAT would have been a major undertaking. Then came along Bill Ludwig. We found him through HomeAdvisor. Bill was very confident that he could clean/polish/seal the floor and took on the challenge of “fixing” the floor, all 1489 sq. ft. of it! Bill did a fantastic job. As they say – the proof is in the pudding. Please see attached before and after pictures. Bill was professional, courteous, on time. He takes personal pride in the work he does and does not consider the job done until he and the client are completely satisfied. I highly recommend Bill for tile cleaning/restoration work."

"Ricky arrived on time and ready to clean our carpets and furniture. He did the bedroom and living room carpets, and made them look as new. He also did the carpet in the basement and it looked and smelled perfect!. The furniture that Ricky cleaned looks incredible, including our white llove seats! Ricky also cleans tile, and after seeing what a great job he did on our carpeting, as soon as we have some of the tiles repaired, we will definitely have him come back to clean and seal all of our tiled floors.
