When it became obvious that our original plan for the room (replace drywall, sand, and paint) would not address all the structural issues uncovered during the demo phase, they were more than willing and able to work with us on a solution that didn't break the bank (rebuild broken staircase, rebuild pantry, replace wood and tile flooring). "After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."
