He replaced my kitchen cabinet doors, he installed my new bathroom: including vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, tile flooring, and toilet. All came out perfect. "Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

"Ken has been great from the very beginning. When he says he's going to be at your house at 7:30 in the morning to do an estimate, he is there at 7:30. Allowing Ken to be in my apartment while at work for the day is stress-free. He has all the equipment he needs. He takes precautions to make sure there is very little mess. At the end of the day, he cleans up and keeps everything contained. I cannot be happier how my dining room and kitchen look. What an amazing transformation. People have come to see the work we had done and are amazed at how great it looks. How perfectly straight the tiles are and how everything looks."

"I had a great experience with Elton Suparaku of Precise Tile and Stone LLC from the time calling him for an estimate to the completion of my 330 sq ft tile installation project. He was very pleasant, courteous & thorough in his work. His communication was excellent & respectful each time I texted or called him (not like other contractors). His crew of three were also hard working. They were prompt in arriving to the job each of the 4 days and were very clean. This is my rental property. I and my tenant were concerned and stressed about the tile installation while living there but Elton was very accommodative and completed the project with little interruption in my tenants life. Replaced old bathtub with standing shower, installed new floor and wall tiles, installed a new exhaust fan, replaced the toilet, built a custom wall shelf in shower area and near the bathroom vanity.
