When I had a sudden leak in my shower, he dropped everything and came through for me in an emergency. He also went above and beyond by returning excess materials I had purchased to Lowe’s on my behalf. Earlier, when the specific tile I wanted was only available in Staten Island and we were under a tight deadline, he personally picked it up—even though that’s not something he normally does. Throughout the project, Marlan was incredibly helpful, flexible, and coordinated seamlessly with various crews. He’s both dependable and a true perfectionist at his craft. I highly recommend him."

He replaced my kitchen cabinet doors, he installed my new bathroom: including vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, tile flooring, and toilet. All came out perfect. From removing the old hardwood, to leveling, to tile install and quarter round install through final cleanup, all was great. The finished flooring looks fantastic! Very diligent, thorough and professional from start to finish.
