"Everything went really great.  Tom was very responsive to my calls and kept me informed of his schedule as we neared the original estimated date.  I happened to work from home on the days Tom was here and when I would go in to see how things were progressing, Tom was always laser focused and I could tell he was working hard.  He definitely was not one to take his time and drag out the project to milk as much money as he can out of you.   We threw a curve ball by adding a design we had not anticipated.  Tom was honest that it could take longer than originally planned and we knew that upfront b/c he explained when we met him for the original estimate that if we were to change the design by adding angled cuts or something, that it would take longer. We were okay with that b/c we wanted it done right and we did not want to settle for something we did not love and would have to stare at it every day for the rest of our lives.   The final product was beautiful.  My wife was super happy, which in turn makes me happy.   I would certainly recommend Tom to anyone that is looking for a great tile contractor and one that is also responsive.   if we ever need tile work in the future, Tom will be the first person I reach out to.

When I had a sudden leak in my shower, he dropped everything and came through for me in an emergency. He also went above and beyond by returning excess materials I had purchased to Lowe’s on my behalf. Earlier, when the specific tile I wanted was only available in Staten Island and we were under a tight deadline, he personally picked it up—even though that’s not something he normally does. Throughout the project, Marlan was incredibly helpful, flexible, and coordinated seamlessly with various crews. He’s both dependable and a true perfectionist at his craft. I highly recommend him."

They removed and replaced a tile floor and backsplash, installed appliances including an integrated refrigerator, installed sink, removed wallpaper and painted, put in new molding, and some electrical upgrades. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion.
