"I was really impressed, the work was completed in just one day! The crew was super great, they had a bunch of people out. They did everything too I didnâ  t need to get really anything set up. We just made sure the walls were clear of anything so they had room. I needed 148 feet of drain installed and ordered 2 new sump pumps with it. It came out to $13k (I found a coupon too!) and Iâ  m just really glad to get this taken care of. My basement usually floods with heavy rain, legitimately half way full of water and we just had a rain (semi heavy) and itâ  s dry. This is the first time Iâ  m actually excited to see it rain next to check out the basement lol. I went into it expecting this to just help mitigate the flood waters but Iâ  m really hopeful this install will actually deliver 99% dryness ð   ð   . I do have to say, I wasnâ  t sure Iâ  d choose DryTech at first because I must have gotten 3-4 phone calls a day from their calling team after looking into waterproofing on HomeAdvisor. They were reallly trying to get me to schedule with them but I wasnâ  t ready just yet. It was a tad bit annoying but after looking at the reviews and whatnot I was definitely onboard and so glad I went through with them."

"Alec was professional and explained what needed to be done to clear the lavatory drain with an electric snake. He installed new angle stop for lavatory. He supplied and installed two supply lines for the faucet. The old valves were rusty and did not work like they used to. Alec said the old valves could leak in the future, and we did not want that to happen. They arrived on time and continued working until the job was complete."

He willingly and patiently gave honest straightforward answers to my questions with no pushy sales pitches or pressure. We talked to several companys before choosing Basement Medics to do the work in our crawl space. It included over 200 linear feet of drainage trench, three sump pumps with two water powered backups installed and the insulation and encapsulation of our crawl space. The owners were on site throughout the whole project and participated with their employees in the very difficult work of crawling around a 33" high 60 year old crawl space chopping and digging for a week. Projects like this are not cheap but when you see what they have to go through to do it you understand the cost. Their employees were polite and always cleaned up after each day. "The team arrived when scheduled and had everything ready to go. The plumber and his assistant were dressed appropriately for the job with company shirts.  They were polite and efficient.  When they called to say they would arrive in 1/2 hour, we began emptying the old heater into the sump to facilitate removal. Before beginning the installation the leader explained why the venting needed to be upgraded,  They had everything necessary to complete the task. They brought in the new unit being careful of all furniture and the two loose dogs.  They eased the large heater down the stairs and into position.  The work area was cleaned. The old water heater was removed and taken away for disposal.  The lead plumber explained the new features on the water heater, adjusted the temperature to our preferred setting and told us how to shut down and restart the heater with the automatic pilot.  The job took less than 2 hours, in house.  Once the installation was complete we had hot water in about 1 hour..  The cost of the job may seem high, but considering the prep time necessary to do the installation in a timely manner including the securing of permits and the disposal of the unit I believe this was quite reasonable. 
When I called the office assistant explained the various costs and gave me estimates for 3 sizes of water heaters.The entire transaction from phone call to installation was completely professional and worry free for me.
