AVIOD at ALL cost !!!! Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . This company is nowhere near professional and all they do is steal money . stay far away !!!!!! If anyone wants to join my lawsuit contact 848-248-6834

I originally hired another company from this site, however that other company failed to show up the first day and then again on second day. They even called to say they would be there in 30-45 mins. Two hours later no show. I called Alliance Service Pros and explained my issue. They were professional and empathetic, scheduled someone to come out the same day and the work was excellent. Have already discussed using them for another job. Was service professional was Cameron and he was awesome!

Pretty pricey, and the professional who came to provide our estimate didn't do a thorough enough job to make the work easier to complete the day of. The technician who completed the job day of was phenomenal though, thorough and ethical.

Beware of price gauging and compare Apples to Apples. readers are not stupid and they can compare prices-- APPLES TO APPLES. Work was done professionally. The reason for two stars is VALUE. The same American Standard Pro elongated , chair height toilet --BOWL AND TANK--is $179.00 and other competitors like Lowes. This includes the toilet seat and all parts needed to install the toilet. Labor from one of the Home Depot plumbers is $228.00 . This includes removal and disposal of the old toilet. I paid your company $691.00 which included your ridiculous $50.00 coupon.. You charged $350 for the same toilet. You charged $40 for the plastic toilet seat. Competitors charge $17.00.You charged $350 for labor. This installation would have cost $407.00 from Home Depot with a one year warranty. Of course, there would have been a two week wait for installation. Since this was not an emergency, that would have been no problem. So your company charges 40% more than any of your competitors.. I can give you the figures if necessary==apples to apples. That is why I had to ask Michael for a detailed invoice . The original invoice was opaque with no details regarding cost of parts and labor. Your invoices are not transparent on purpose!! This company was very helpful and nice they were prompt in calling and making arrangements they also kept me up to date on the who the technician was and when they would be here it was a very satisfying experience
