"We hired Mike to do our basement waterproofing prior to finishing our basement. They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. Overall, we were quite pleased with the negotiations, timing, install process, and finished product. Would definitely recommend giving Mike at Aqua Dry a call for basement waterproofing."

"If you’re looking for work done the right way. AFS is who to call. I had an emergency repair needing done on UTC campus and that day Mike came out and gave a quote and scheduled service that day. And let me tell you when the Mattgican ( Matthew Martin) and the Parrbear ( Parris Houchins) showed up on the job ( exactly when scheduled) they went straight to work and did such a fantastic job explaining what they were doing and why I knew I made the right choice in calling AFS. "Lovely company. Very personable. I worked with Tony who was easy to communicate with and readily available for any questions. The owner, Steve, came to my home and looked over the completed worked and helped me with questions about my dehumidifier. Blue Umbrella was able to troubleshoot and tailor the job to fit my specific basement needs. I also feel comfortable that if there is ever an issue - they will continue to support the work they did for me. My job consisted of : 1930's brick basement and dirt crawl space/ french drain, sump pump, encapsulation, dehumidifier, masonry repair, and crawl space door. Asbury Park , NJ."

"The sump install was excellent. They removed the sorry excuse of a sump setup from the previous homeowner (flex hose that had a pinhole leak and the sump float that was set so high to reduce the duty cycle I imagine). The original hole was removed and they added two more for the new PVC piping to pass through. Outside the mated the two pipes as well as the nearby gutter (bonus) to their drain pipe which was lawnscaped out about 15 ft. Excellent results as the high water in my sump was remedied as well as properly sealed! Time will tell on its reliability but it has 3 sumps and a battery backup so I have some piece of mind. They also use Zoeller sumps which I know has excellent reliability in the field. As for my backyard I had one lawnscape done for a gutter but since there was a neighboring one, Raoul and team suggested I run it down a different path so he could mate the nearby gutter to it for no additional charge. Its been working great for the last 2 rain days we had. I am ecstatic. I also had polyleveling done for two slabs leading to my steps. I was skeptical at the solution technique but it was pretty cool watching them perform the leveling. They definitely know what they are doing as they leveled and sealed the slab joints perfectly. No more crooked looking step and bad caulk job to try and hide the work from the previous owner. Kudos to Chris Bowe the sales designer on suggestions and prioritization of my concerns. He never tried to upsell me. Also a huge thanks to Victor, Raoul and his team for the install. He is a very nice and friendly installer that is competent. The polylevel team was also excellent. The work was so efficient and quick. They made it look too easy. Time will tell as far as reliability of the work but I am fairly confident things will hold up based on the quality of parts and care of installation. I would hire them again for future work if needed."

"This company was great. When hiring contractors it often feels like trying to solve a mystery about everything from price, to timeline, to how to get them on the phone. Not the case with this company! Phil came out explained exactly what the coats would be for each piece of the job from repair through restoration after we had flooding. The price was very reasonable and work for started right away. When an unexpected issue came up that had to be addressed before repairs could continue, we were given multiple options at different price points to fix it. At no time were decision points made into high pressure sales pitches. Our contractor Jose was reliable, professional, and respectful of our home. Bonnie who worked with scheduling the work was easy to reach whenever we needed. Hopefully I never have issues in my basement again but I would hire basement gurus without hesitation if I did."

"We had 2 foundation cracks running from corner of basement window to the floor. Their recommendation was not to just fill in the cracks, as others suggested, but to also reinforce the structural integrity of the foundation with a solid steel plate bolted over the repaired crack. That approach made much more sense to me than the other recommendations I'd received. I hired them and they were onsite within 2 days and completed all work in a single day. We've since had excessive rain and the repairs have held up and the basement is still dry."
