"We hired Mike to do our basement waterproofing prior to finishing our basement. They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. Overall, we were quite pleased with the negotiations, timing, install process, and finished product. Would definitely recommend giving Mike at Aqua Dry a call for basement waterproofing."

"I hired Aztec for major repairs due to termite damage. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came in less than 10 days after we contacted them to FINISH the work. First, they evaluated the damage and walked me through the needed repairs which included placing three new steel support beams along with two main horizontal wood beams and several sistered beams. They were able to complete the work, once they started, in three days. At each step, I was informed of progress and there were no surprises (from my end). The work included everything from removing electrical wiring and then replacing it, pouring the new steel vertical support beams, affixing them solidly into my concrete floor, and then pacing the numerous horizontal beams. I could not recommend AZtec (and Greg!) more."

I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. He walked me through the repairs I needed, educated me on the process and was able to schedule the repairs quickly. On the scheduled day for the repairs, the team (Carlos, Alex and Derek) arrived on time. They were very professional and worked quickly. They had to dig up my front and side yard to get to the repairs. After the job was completed (only took 1 day) you cannot tell they were there! They did such a great job on putting everything back in the correct place (including bushes, landscaping lights and mulch) it looks like nothing was done.
