"I RECENTLY HAD MY ATTIC INSULATION REPLACED BY MASTER ATTIC. ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON SCHEDULE AND GAVE ME A FAIR PRICE. ( I DID HAVE 4 OTHER ESTIMATES) THE CREW LEAD BY ROBERTO WAS AMAZING. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE, CAREFUL IN MAKING SURE THE AREA WAS SEALED OFF AND WERE VERY CAREFUL OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN REMOVING OLD INSULATION , VACUUMING OUT THE ATTIC ,SPRAYED AREA AND SEALED ANY OPENINGS. BEFORE THEY BROUGHT IN NEW INSULATION, THEY ASKED ME IF I WISHED TO TO VIEW THE ATTIC AND I DID. I WAS AMAZED EVEN AT THIS POINT, HOW CLEANED EVERYTHING LOOKED . (THIS INSULATION HAD BEEN UP THERE FOR 70 YEARS) NEW INSULATION WAS INSTALLED AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THE CREWED CLEANED UP EVERYTHING , EVEN VACUUMED THE AREA IN THE ROOM. ALL BAGS OF OLD INSULATION WERE REMOVED PROMPTLY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."

"I wished if it were be able for me to give this company more than 5 stars for my review. Right after I realized that we have Raccoon residence in my attic I sent an email at midnight to Attic Fanatics. I got a call at 8 from Coby who said someone will come within a hour. Mike Bruer showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He advised me that the Raccoon may have been in my attic for awhile. I decided to replace all insulation. He provided me a reasonable quote which I accepted right at the spot. He also helped me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance company. On the very next business day there was a crew of 5 people showed up on time. They are very professional and did a neat job. Being a picky person like me I am totally satisfied of their work. They sealed the openings to prevent the Raccoon from return. After they left I found out there is one Raccoon was still in the attic so they came back right away and chased it out then resealed the soffit vents with heavy gauge mesh. Great job!"

"Trenton Roofing is simply an amazing company from start to finish. 1.5 years ago I did a roofing project with them and Brian the technical sales rep did not do the typical U.S. sales approach by sitting together and putting pressure on you to make an immediate decision. He even did his measurements while I was absent and just sent me over a quote which I directly accepted and the work was again done while I was on vacation. Totally great job and everything was handled with car. At that time I also asked for an estimate for new gutters but I wanted to have them replaced AFTER the solar panels have been installed again and this year I wanted to get it done.I used the old quote, placed the order, got confirmed but - and now the best - within the 72 hours cancellation period I decided different and I just met Brian without any hard feeling from his side we cancelled the job and my down payment was immediately reimbursed! "Basit came to our home and explained the process in detail. His team was at our home within the hour. They taped everything well to avoid dust and contamination. They bagged and removed all the old insulation, sanitize the attic, and rodent proof the home from outside and inside. They were very professional & easy to work with."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"ECI Comfort replaced our heat pump, which included the outside unit, inside air handler, and thermostat/control, in April of 2020. We paid competitive pricing. Our Trane system is still working like new! During our first regular servicing of the unit, the technician, Selinda Killing, found our Air Scrubber (a device to clean the air as it passes through the Air Handler) not working. That item was added to the Air Handler, free of charge, during installation. Today, the Ultra-Violet Bulb, which is the piece that does the actual cleaning in that Air Scrubber, was replaced by technician Mike Slawecki. That is working well, again! Ms Killing, Mr Slawecki, as well as the entire installation crew, in 2020, were totally professional and polite. Our Air Handler is in our attic, with not-easy-access in the master bedroom walk-in closet. The entry to the attic is 18" X 48", and everyone has handled that very small area without issue. Removing the replaced components, as well as, bringing in the new components, through that opening, was not easy. My wife and I have been quite pleased with all ECI has done for us. ECI Comfort is a first-class operation, and we would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!"
