Wood Flooring - Refinish
These folks know their stuff. Willy can look at a floor and know fairly quickly what the options are. We actually live on the Mainland, so communication was key and they did well to keep us informed and to make key decisions. This is an older home with much of the floors carpeted and we wanted the hardwood under it to be refinished. So, there were bound to be surprises and they were a few. But, Willy and his crew walked us through the options to make the floors look great, given the age of the property. It even included time and effort to deal with termites and urine stains. They also moved the heavy furniture out and back when done. I was also impressed with how efficiently it got done. I'm glad I found these guys!

From the very first meeting all the way through to a customer service call for a repair, they have been absolutely flawless in their quality of work and customer service. Wood Flooring - Refinish
We bought a home my wife's grandfather built in 1951. The beautiful wooden floors he installed were covered by carpeting for 40+ years. The folks at Masterpiece removed the carpet and refinished the mahogany and douglas fir. The floors are magnificent again. Thanks so much. The entire family is delighted to see the work of their ancestors restored so perfectly!

The worker was very pleasant and easy to work with. Project took the maximum 5 days that was quoted. It would have been finished earlier but some of the items had to be bought because the wrong size was originally bought. Overall, the work was done and am very happy with the results.
