We reviewed the scope of work and he went right up work. We had glass-based tiles that required a fair amount of cutting. Hi noticed a few chipped and cracked tiles and asked if he could replace those if there was enough left over. He was able to do so. Nice craftsmanship. Very satisfied with the work."

"Tom is a master craftsman, with impressive work ethic. Tom showed up at exactly 8 AM and worked diligently all day. His work product was excellent, having measured and installed a replacement tile floor and curb with a perfect fit - allowing replacement of custom frameless glass doors that had only 1/8 inch variation. (The original glass company did the removal / installation of the glass panels.) I would hire Tom again and heartily recommend him to others."
