We were told we would get a 5% discount because they dropped the ball. The movers were amazing. Quick, careful, easy to communicate with, super friendly. We only hired 3 individuals to load OUR truck. The day they missed, Tom suggested the movers use their own transportation because we didn?t need their truck. When it came time to move, they CHOSE to use their own truck. At settlement, they dropped their FUEL SURCHARGE, which never was going to be charged? as we used our own truck. Portal to portal, Subcontract the move and make the customer pay to and from Statewide?s location. It?s bad business but we still agreed. I spoke to Tom? his response was how are the movers supposed to get there? Not our problem? we contracted for people not your truck. Don?t promise a discount for YOUR ERROR and snake us with a charge we never would have to pay. "

Ricki Sharma’s goal is to get the money and he cares less about the best practices when it comes to his company’s level of service. Any star over two is questionable."

On moving day, it was raining, but the crew arrived punctually, and they, too, were professional, and treated our things carefully. Nothing was broken, scratched or lost.
