Overall this company was great! While there was a minor glitch in not having had the move confirmed in their book (I understood that it was), I spoke with the office and was able to set up the move on the day for which I had scheduled. The 3 movers who delivered the piano to my home were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They even moved a desk from the location where I needed the piano placed to my second floor. I would recommend this company without reservation!

Very well. They were a little late due traffic and the holiday period but the mover kept me posted of his location and updated his ETA. I was very pleased.

Movers arrived on time, took excellent care of the piano, and used a well-coordinated method to move the piano up the outside steps and into the house. Because I do not receive emails on my phone, I was unable to get a receipt. When I called about a week later, their office was unable to locate my ticket.

The PRICE, EASE OF SCHEDULING and PROFESSIONALISM could NOT BE BEAT.  This three-man moving team was outstanding.  The company called me the day before to give both the seller and the buyer a 2-hour window for pick-up.  They were exactly on-time.  The move into my house was complete in 15 minutes and they moved another heavy object out of the way so the move was completely ONE-AND-DONE.  OUTSTANIDNG.  The owner was also able to give me the name of a recommended a piano tuner.  I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this service provider.  They do ONE thing and they do it with EXCELLENCE!

I was not sure a company from DELAWARE COUNTY would come to MERCER, NJ or BUCKS, PA, but they positively did, and for FAR LESS than any other piano moving/furniture moving QUOTE I received (three others).

They arrived a few minutes early, and did a sensational job.  They knew their stuff extremely well, were very careful with the piano and floors, and were friendly and fast and helpful.  I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and would enthusiastically recommend them highly to anyone needing to move a piano. 

I found them through Angie's List. It took them about 15 minutes to load and 15 minutes to unload--they knew what they were doing and took great care of the piano. They also helped us figure out the best location for the piano. They charged a flat rate based on mileage.

I cannot speak highly enough of Duffy Piano Moving & Storage. The entire process from scheduling to receiving the piano was absolutely fantastic. On the day of the move, the piano was moved out of my in-laws in less than twenty minutes and was delivered promptly to its new location in Wayne, PA. I was not home when the piano was delivered, but I received a call letting me know that the piano was in the house and where I would like it located. When I arrived I home, I found the piano to be in excellent condition with no evidence of it having been moved. Even my in-laws were raving about the professionalism and how quickly the piano was moved from their home. I will most definitely be recommending Duffy Piano Movers in the future!
