I contacted before my closing and while I was while I was in town for it had them come over for and estimate, I contracted them Monday 11/10. When I came back Saturday morning 11/15 the job was done. The ceiling turned out beautiful, the place was completely cleaned and neat, the even vacuumed cleaned the new carpeting. I am extremely pleased with Straight Edge and highly recommend them. "I am giving Logic Drywall Services 3 stars because while the final repair work looks good, the customer service and professionalism were lacking. On the positive side, they had great availability and the drywall finish seems solid. However, three issues made this frustrating: 1. Punctuality: The contractor was an hour late on the second day, which led to visible rushing to finish the job. 2. Cleanliness: The site was left dirty. When I pointed this out, the contractor was dismissive, telling me 'it comes off easy with a wet rag' rather than cleaning it up themselves, or even apologizing for leaving the job site dirty. 3. Billing: Despite a signed contract stating payment was due upon the due date listed on the invoice, they changed the invoice due date after the work was done and badgered me for immediate payment. Good workmanship doesn't excuse poor service and disjointed billing practices."

I have found his labor prices to be very reasonable, and is estimated completion times spot on. He is both efficient but has a wonderful eye for detail and makes sure that everything is right and what we want. I've always found him easy to talk to, he listens to what his client wants but also will give alternate suggestions that I have found extremely helpful. This is the third time I have worked with Billy Myers, and I and my family have been delighted with the results each time. When he is done with a renovation, he stages the room removes all trash and building debris, so everything looks brand new! I can wholeheartedly recommend William Meyer LLC.
