We hired Town Bank Builders to rebuild our West Cape May house after seeing the amazing job they did on the garage/Pool house around the corner from our location. We could not have made a better choice. Bob Obermeier was wonderful to deal with, he consistently kept us apprised of progress of the project, he gave us suggestions when we weren’t quite sure of what we wanted, he made sure everything very easy for us. He was spot on with all his recommendations. Scott Obermeier and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job and were always very attentive to our questions (no matter how dumb and/or annoying) and accommodating to our wants and needs. We love the final product, everyone who has come into our new home has raved about the results. I would highly recommend Bob and Town Bank Builders for all your Cape May construction needs!!

These guys are fantastic! I had excellent renovation experience in 2015 with the Town Bank Builders team (see previous review) This past May, three years after my renovation was completed, we had a minor roof leak during a very severe wind/rain event. (Act of God...no one's fault, no flaw in workmanship). Coincidentally, the Town Bank team was doing another renovation in my neighborhood when I noticed the leak. I went next door and asked if they could " do me a favor" and tarp the offending area to get me by until the rain stopped. Inside the hour, they had patched the roof to stop the leak and returned the next day to replace a shingle, caulk around a roof vent and repair the inside drywall damaged by the water. A painter was dispatched later to paint the patch to match the rest of the ceiling color. When their bill for the work had not arrived a month later, I contacted them and reminded them to bill me. Their response?...."no charge, enjoy" Town Bank Builders...they are the best

The Town Bank team did a superlative job!
The project came in on time and on budget. My last minute add-ons were quickly accommodated and reasonably priced.
I could set my watch to Bob Obermeier (the contractor). If an appointment was set to review the project's progress at 11 AM...Bob would be there at exactly 11 AM. He consistently repeated that prompt arrival to all appointments. He expertly ( and patiently ) took my wife and I through the renovation process from concept to completion. Attention to detail and quality was outstanding
Scott Obermeier (on-site lead), brought the same attention to detail and quality to the work site. He was easy to work with and informative. A real professional!
The same quality of workmanship was matched by all the sub-contractors Town Bank uses. Tile, plumbing, masonry, electrical, cabinetry,  painting, siding, hardwood... all impeccable.
Most homeowners that engage in a renovation do so with a measure of anxiety. The internet and TV are replete with horror stories.
Thanks to Town Bank builders, the last four months has been stress free and gratifying.

Town Bank started on the date specified and the work crews have shown up every day and the work has progressed at a good pace and expect to be completed on time. The repairs of entry walls and the painting of the three floor stairway looks great. The bedroom also looks good. Working with Town Bank has been smooth and easy.
This is the second renovation we have used Town Bank. They raised the roof, added 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom to the second floor of our home in 2009.
We will use them again in the future on our next project.

The job couldn't have gone more smooth. They took care of everything including permits. The final product is a beautiful porch which can be later turned into an addition. The quality of the work exceeds my expectations. I would recommend Town Bank Builders to anyone.

Very pleased with the entire process and it was done on time which was very important due to company scheduled to visit a day after the targeted completion date - and it was ready. Would recommend to others - not cheap but quality workmanship. The entire process was very smooth.
