I have since used him and his company for multiple projects to include room and shelves painting, removal of built-ins (after which he reconstructed trim where the built-ins had been to match the rest of the room perfectly), garage door and trim painting and hiding wires for nanny cameras and reconstructing/painting drywall. "This review is a bit overdue. Had new doors and windows installed in early 2021. I had a very good experience with this company and with Mr. Edward Dunn. He was very prompt in answering all my questions and also patient as he worked with me while I tried to decide among the various options for doors and windows. I felt he offered me very fair and reasonable prices compared to some other quotes I received. Am especially grateful for him even considering my business since my order was quite small, and I have been finding that, esp. during COVID times, many companies won't consider the 'smaller jobs.' There were a few problems during installation (one wrong window size, flaw in a door screen), but Mr. Dunn promptly addressed these and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I absolutely love my new windows and doors. Oh and the installers were fantastic. Really nice guys. Did outstanding, beautiful work and didn't leave a mess. I am all around very, very happy I chose this company."

"I sent my initial inquiry e-mail at 6:24AM, and Carlos wrote back at 6:52AM asking if he could come by that morning between 8 and 9AM. After having three other companies quote it, I selected Water Damage DMV based both on the cost of the estimate, his promptness and communication, and the clarity in answering questions I had. When Carlos arrived to do the work, he went right to it. He worked quickly and kept me informed about what he was finding and how it was going. When he was done with that, he put in humidifiers at first. The next day, he came with help to apply the mold-prevention treatment before adding fans to aid in drying. He checked in daily either in person or by text until it was time to remove them, at which point he came and did so. I was very happy to work with Carlos and Water Damage DMV. While I hope to never need their services again, if I happen to be that unlucky, I know who I will be calling."
