His pricing was great and gave us a 5 year warranty on the repair. John is punctual, responsive and does great work. We already called him back for another job. This time the windows were beyond repair but John answered all our questions and gave us a recommendation for a place for new windows. He actually saved us money because he diagnosed that we didn't need to replace the shower door hinges, just the gasket.
