"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. He gave me several options with regards to repairs and I went with the higher priced option because it was so reasonable and I didnâ  t want to cut corners. I will be scheduling my routine maintenance with him for the summer and winter. Iâ  m so happy I finally found an AC technician I can rely on. I highly recommend him."

"My wife and I appreciated the time Wayne took explaining what needed to be done and answered all of our questions prior to and during the installation. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the 2 high efficiency HVAC systems. Both systems are running well. I thank Wayne for his ongoing dialogue during the installation which gave us confidence in the quality of his workmanship. "Marc was able to fit us in a several days after the original call, but then called 2 days later to say he had a cancellation and was able to come that same day which was very accommodating and great ! Crew arrived on time. Air duct cleaning was done first and quite thoroughly. Benjamin (and his assistant) was very knowledgeable and professional, cleaned everything and vacuumed afterwards, and there was no debris left after they were done. He even showed some before and after pictures of the return vents and how dirty they used to be, which was helpful. Next was the dryer vent cleaning, Benjamin did an outstanding job, he went into the attic to inspect the vent pipe and was able to find and fix the opening size to the correct vent pipe size. He also found blockage and wet lint blocking the dryer vent hose, so I asked for the hose to be replaced. He replaced the hose with a much better grade hose. He also inspected the dryer itself and it had a lot of lint inside the dryer around the bottom of the front lint screen, so he offered to vacuum all the lint from the dryer itself which was great ! Everything took about 3 hours or so. All in all I'm very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend and hire them and Benjamin again."

Delroy came right away and within five minutes of being here, had accurately assessed the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem to us and began working immediately. Within a few hours, our AC was working efficiently. Delroy was extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and takes pride in his work. He was in contact with us after he left to ensure it was working properly and followed up the next day to make sure our place was cool. Our only regret about this experience was not going with Innovative Comfort Solution in the first place! Highly recommend Delroy."
