I live in a 1930s cottage and had two old balcony doors that desperately needed to be replaced. Carlos was professional, friendly, and an excellent communicator from the initial consultation all the way through the project. My house presented some real challenges, especially with maintaining the integrity of the original 1930s architecture, but he handled everything with such skill and care. The finished doors look absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier! I will absolutely use them again for any future exterior door projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.

Carlos is a true gentleman and his installation, repair, spackling, tile repair and painting are well mastered trades that Carlos is extensively able to perform. Carlos explained everything to me in a patient manner and answered any questions that I had. Carlos and his son were punctual, polite and so extremely knowledgeable in all the many tasks they performed. I couldn't be happier with how this job went from start to finish. They cleaned up meticulously and you wouldn't know they were there aside from the phenomenal job that they completed. Very honest .... breath of fresh air.

I wanted to replace my existing front door and when I first met Carlos I knew he was the man to hire to do it. The thought and time that went into my project was amazing. Carlos and his son arrived on time and finished the job in 4 hours. The care that went into my install was GREAT. I would highly recommend.

I'm happy to write this review for CNW Decorative. They recently installed 2 storm doors for my mothers house. From start to finish the entire experience was excellent. It is an old house and Carlos explained very clearly what needed to be done. We felt his estimate was fair and there were no hidden charges or surprises. The install went exactly as Carlos had told us.He and his son Arnold were thorough, clean and extremely professional. I plan on using CNW in the future for my home. Highly recommended.

Workers were very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Workmanship was excellent in all respects. Carlo and his sons Carlo Jr and Arnold made sure you were satisfied with the finished product . Their estimated proposal was very complete and pricing reasonable. Work was completed as scheduled and area left clean. I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately didn't have the same great experience as other reviewers. It started great - Carlos came and worked on my door within a week of my initial request. He's clearly knowledgeable and a very nice person. Problem is he needed some sort of seal in order to finish the job. He was to return two weeks later, but instead he was a no-show. I kept following up - didn't get a response until a month later when I mentioned leaving a review. At that time, I indicated I could hire someone else if he preferred - Carlos said he wanted to handle. I followed up again in Jan and Feb - never received a response (initial visit was in November). It was just very frustrating, as the cold air continued to get in, and I gave Carlos so many chances (I know life sometimes happens). I'm happy to give him another chance at a 5-star review, as he's clearly capable of it.

Came on agreed upon time. Before starting gave range of cost depending on whether wall needed to be cut; installed panel to cover cutout to access door frame for pocket door. Cleaned floors after completion. Polite.
