"On Dec. 28, 2022 one of the panes in my living room bay window shattered. I went onto Angiâ s List looking for a contractor and not even 1/2 later John Driscoll, Window MD called me and said that he would be at my home within an hour. John gave a very reasonable quote, put plastic on the outside of the window and foam insulation on the inside to keep the drafts out. He came back yesterday to take measurements in the pouring rain -and came back today, Jan 4th to install the pane. He did an outstanding job, I I highly recommend John because he is very responsible, conscientious and above all an HONEST contractor. I will be calling him to fix my kitchen bay window. The windows were installed properly, they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure we understood how to operate the windows before leaving. During the install, Nick even stopped in to make sure we were satisfied. I'm planning on installing a bow window in my den by next year, so I'll be using them again without a doubt.
