This company is so honest and leads with great integrity that the inspector Tony identified the root cause of where our water was leaking into our basement and said we may not need to install French drains which would have cost us about $4,000. Our previous owner drilled holes into our sidewalk outside of fireplace that leads to our basement for termite treatment. The cement covering holes eroded and water was leaking into the basement. We covered the holes with cement 2 days ago and with this passing rain not one drop of water is in the basement. The repair involved excavating dirt along the front of my house next to the garage foundation wall down to the drain pipe, repairing cracks and holes, applying waterproofing and more. The interior wall was cleaned and drylock masonry paint was applied. My landscaping on the outside had to be removed and then put back. They did such a good job that you couldn't even tell it had been moved at all. We also had Bob and his crew complete a second job for us. This involved excavating another trench but in the back of the house along 16 feet of the foundation, replacing a drain pipe and waterproofing. They were at our house for three days. The original inspection was completed for the original cost. The additional work, a check valve was performed on the same day the tech explained that this would prevent the back- up into the slop sink. However as the tech explained this is only a temp fix. We discussed different alternatives and his Boss , mr Fusco was suppose to call me with prices. He never called.
The tech who came was very polite and seemed knowledgable
For this reason I would not rate this provider as reliable
