We expected professionalism and transparency, especially since RJ Appliances is associated with Miele service. The initial diagnosis felt a bit rushed — without opening the panel, they suggested replacing extra parts that didn’t seem directly related. I would have more confidence if they had shown me the inside, explained the problem, and justified the parts needed, rather than leaning toward the higher-cost option. That said, the repair was completed quickly and the dryer is working again, so overall I’m satisfied with the service."
