"We are very happy with our decision to work with Majid (owner) and Bodee Construction to renovate our basement. Their professionalism, communication and service was outstanding throughout the entire project. Scope of Work: Full gut renovation of our basement which included a laundry room, a full bathroom and adding a wet bar. Pre-construction: My wife found Bodee online and decided to get an estimate from them based on their excellent web reviews. We got 4 estimates and Bodee came in second most expensive. However since Bodee's estimate was so thorough, we knew exactly what was included and not included. This is very important in that if an estimate is not thorough, you might find that as the project moves forward a lot of the work you thought was included, is not, leaving the customer to pay a lot more money down the road. We ended up choosing Bodee after meeting with Majid and basically going with our gut instincts that he was the guy we wanted to work with. The Work: A lot of GCs will wine and dine you until the contract is signed then disappear or barely show up once the work begins. Regardless of how good the work ends up being, this leaves an unsettling feeling and causes much anxiety for the customer during the duration of the work. With Bodee, you can be assured you are dealing with an owner who will show up almost every day and replies back to calls/texts within a reasonable amount of time. His crew generally arrived first thing in the morning and Majid would stop by sometime shortly after to instruct them and to answer any questions or concerns from us. His team cleaned up after themselves every single day and were very professional and courteous. Result: Majid gave us an estimate of 8-12 weeks and we were done on week 12. We are very pleased with the results. As a business owner who strives for excellence and expects the same from a vendor whom we are paying a lot of money to, I expect the same and my expectations were met. Without hesitation, we would recommend Majid and Bodee Construction to our family and friends."

"Nick provided a top-to-bottom, end-to-end renovation/upgrade to a two bedroom apartment for sale including the full bathroom from floors to walls to shower and sink faucets, vanities, mirror and medicine cabinet demo and installation, repaired/filled holes and painted - basically everything other than the tub replacement so that it was a brand new, spotless room. He continued this effort and workmanship in every room and demoed and installed all new pergo flooring for the open floor plan kitchen and living room and bedrooms, landings as well as new stairs replacing dated laminate and carpeting. The kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet, etc. were completely updated and made the most of the space while being designed in way to fit an over the stove microwave in the future. Future designs were factored into the cabinet layout/installation. He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. "It is my pleasure to recommend you to hire Artur Laska to perform re modeling in your home. Our home is 110 years old. Couple of months ago a small portion of the ceiling in the 2nd floor bathroom fell off. The renovation/remodeling project evolved, and we ended up asking the contractor to fully gut this bathroom as well the 3rd floor bathroom which is immediately above it, including replacing all water and sewer pipes, electricity, windows, lights, ventilation. We asked to install instead of the closet a 2nd floor washer/dryer that needed its own designated electric power cord. This was our first project with Artur. I was immediately impressed by his attitude: Artur approached the project in my home as if it was his own home. Artur is through, professional, hard working, and reliable. Artur's work is impeccable (its hard to impress my wife, but she is thrilled with the two new bathrooms!). A final point: I am used to contractors promising to finish a project in a short time and ending up taking three times as long (if you are lucky..). Artur estimated the project to take five weeks. He actually finished 3 days earlier than his promised date, despite our increasing the scope of the project after we originally shook hands by 35-40% (from a $ perspective). We are already planning the renovation/remodeling of the master bedroom suite including a brand new bathroom in the next-door bedroom, which will be joined to it. When we are ready, we will call Artur directly."
