"This is second time we hired Picasso Construction, LLC, for home renovation. Sergio and his team provide excellent service. They showed up on time and complete the work as promised with a very responsible manner. We hired them to replace our two bathrooms ceiling sheetrock and install new ceiling exhaust fans. Install 4 recess lights in the kitchen, 4 recess lights and one outdoor lamp in the deck area and one outdoor electrical outlet on the deck. "Rudy was very friendly upfront, and the work seemed very good. HOWEVER, when he finished, I had my shower door guy come in one week later. The shower door installer proceeded to tell me that the shower curb was installed improperly, and was out of level, so water would leak out of the shower. I checked, and this was true. The only fix would have been to rip the entire shower out again, and we couldnt do that. Next, after about 10 months, all of the grout in our floor cracked and fell through. I contacted Rudy to see if he would come and fix it. He never responded to me, 3 different time. I texted, emailed, and called. I wish I could have left a more positive review, but I would stay away, as Rudy does not stand by his work."
