Clint, the technician assigned to the job, arrived well within the timeframe that was promised. He was professional and thorough and left the work area clean and got the job done. He made sure my clothes dryer vents were cleaned out and ready for use plus also went up to my roof to be sure the vent was clear. I like the way they structured the workflow by showing pictures and illustrations of exactly what they would be doing (via text before I even decided on procuring their services) PLUS shared that they are licensed and bonded. It was indeed worth the price for everything that was done. I have had experience with other vendors who charged the work by piecemeal. I would rather know upfront, regardless of the severity of the repair/maintenance, and be quoted the price. I would totally recommend and use The Dryer Vent Cleaner company in the future.

We have them scheduled to come this weekend but in my initial call with them, Dave, the owner, was extremely professional and honest which I appreciated. He didn’t inflate the cost of the repair which I found with other pros I spoke to. He also proactively sent me his insurance details which I also appreciated. Very impressed with this company so far.

We had a brush from a DIY kit stuck in our dryer vent. I filled out a problem form online at 10:30pm. This was not an emergency but, I heard back from them immediately. We set up an appointment for the next day between 3:45pm and 5:45 pm. I heard from the technician, Charles at 3:24 and he said he would be here by 4 and he arrived a few minutes before. He set to work right away. He had to work in our attic in order to snake out the brush. FYI,the brush had been stuck in the vent for a couple of years so this was not an easy job. After Charles removed the offending brush, he took off the back of the dryer and vacuumed the heck out of it. He also vacuumed out the lint trap and safety tested it. We were very pleased with this company's response time and with Charles!
