I hired NJ Home Exterior Improvements LLC for a minor siding repair. Kept pushing me off. Two weeks later a lot of the siding came down. My calls and texts were not answered. I?m now using a reliable company -[Provider Name Removed]

I can?t attest to the quality of their work as they haven?t shown up yet. However, we had an appointment between 11-12 pm today. No one came or called. I called the office at 12.30 to check and was told a coordinator would find out why the tech didn?t show up and call me ASAP. It?s now 1.30 pm. No tech and no call. I am still waiting. I?ll update the review if someone actually shows up. But very unprofessional so far
