JL Appliance was beyond excellent, he repaired by viking oven and let me know it needed another part to be replaced soon, he is ordering the part and coming back to install it for me, I would recommend 100 per cent, he is the best there can be in appliance repair! Jerel quickly diagnosed the problem with my LG front load washer. He is professional, friendly and very helpful. He also told me that I should be using the Tub Clean option on my washer, which I had never done. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality service.

This was the second time using JL Appliance and I can say Jerel was terrific. He helped walk me through the steps in dealing with LG's warranty department to replace a non working compressor and within a week or so my refrigerator was working as it should. JL Appliance was quick, professional, reasonably priced, and got the job done. I am usually a DIY when comes to major appliance repair but this time with my refrigerator I was less sure of diagnosing the problem. Jerel remained in communication through the process with reasonable updates. He knows what he is doing and explains it thoroughly. I may do less DIY and call JL Appliance more.

I hired JL Appliance after reading a stellar review on Home Advisor. I could not have been happier. Jerel arrived early after ordering in advance the part he said was needed to fix my Electrolux washing machine. He arranged for someone to help him who arrived on time, as my washer and dryer are stacked and in 30 minutes my washer which I have been without for several weeks was working again. I cannot say enough praise for Jarel and JL Appliance LLC. I am beyond happy that I finally have someone who is reliable, honest, qualified, friendly and knowledgeable to call when my appliances are acting up.

We needed a repair of our 9 year old refrigerator. We hired JL Appliance LLC and the experience was the best I've had for any home service in many years. It's no wonder Jerel gets all 5's on Home Advisor. He is a gem. Quick, friendly competent and going the extra mile to do his very best for you. He pulled out the refrigerator, opened it up and diagnosed it in less than 10 minutes. When he went to get the part we needed he found that the place he usually gets parts on was closed the Monday after New Years. Another place would charge $100 more for the part. He offered to come back the next day to complete the job, so we could save money on the part, then he came back put the refrigerator back into it's slot for the next day. He was always prompt, quick and friendly. Next day he was back at 9 am as agreed and put in the new part. His attitude his great. He goes the extra mile and his service is complete.

My mother had a broken valve on the hose going from her ice maker to the refrigerator. She called Sears which is where she got her refrigerator to get somebody to come out and repair it for her they charged her $500 to come out and tell her they couldn't do anything for her because the part was on back order after a month of waiting with water gushing through the entire kitchen all day and all night I finally had had enough. I contacted JL appliance and they responded almost instantly told me no problem they'd be out to help my mom the next morning they showed up stop the water from running in her refrigerator and then came back to fix the refrigerator as soon as the part had been ordered. It was a two-day wait for a part that Sears said is on backorder until October. What a difference having somebody who actually cares and does good work for their customer as opposed to garbage Sears who doesn't even want to help people. I would highly recommend JL appliance they work professional and quick they responded quickly they did the job and the job well done and not only that were very very nice to my mom and that's very important to me Thank you!

Jerel was very knowledgable about my issue and diagnosed it very quickly. He clearly explained the issue and the repair. He told me where to get the part I needed and to coordinate with him when it arrived. He came and did the repair quickly and it has been working great every since.

I highly recommend Jerel. He promptly responded when my refrigerator broke on a Saturday with family over for lunch and the day before Motherâ s Day. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He didnâ t have the needed part and the supply stores were closed, so I suggested a colleague might. To save my Motherâ s Day (and my momâ s) he drove to get the part, then came back and installed it perfectly. His communication was excellent as to arrival time and cost. He wore shoe booties and cleaned up after himself. Heâ s an honest hard-working professional who I will absolutely use again and highly recommend.
