I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! Recently, we had another great experience working with R.M Banning Roof. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole process including setting up the appointment. Mr. Daniel Diaz was assigned to work with us and we absolutely couldn't have asked for a better and a more professional person. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and completely competent. His approach to the job was really impressive despite his youth. Daniel was so sensitive to the rushed nature of our needs including having to rush back to our house because we needed additional work done. He was incredibly accommodating despite his tight schedule, and worked into the night to provide us with the inspection report we needed. I was floored when I received the report on the same day he conducted the inspection at 11 at night! Homecraft IncHomecraft always does an excellent job from the initial call and estimate until the work has been completed and cleaned up. The roofing crew arrived early, placed protective sheeting over the landscape and deck prior to removing the old shingles, and then replaced 4 skylights and installed a new GAF roof system, and then cleaned up all debris. Advance Roofing Windows Siding & DoorsAfter 18 years, my wife and I started to renovate our home. We met with several companies (one of them being Advance). Prices were comparable with all of them, but quality of materials were not. We preferred the options that Advance offered and felt they were the right company for the job. I have never been a fan of high pressure sales techniques, up-selling or salespersons who’s answers are all about getting you to sign the papers. Rob, Advance’s sales representative, we found to be very personable. It was his knowledge and truthful answers that were the deciding factor in why we chose Advance for our first major home improvement job. We were installing solar panels and wanted to have a new roof installed before the installation. The Advance roofing crew headed by Adrian, were all very professional, friendly, and worked extremely hard during the hot summer heat in July 2019. We were so impressed with the roofing job and crew, in early 2020 we decided to continue our relationship with Advance and met with Rob again for our second job. This time a new 8 foot front door with side lights, family room french door, large foyer window, master bedroom windows in the front of the house and some cedar impressions siding accents. We were very happy with the job and quality of the finished work that Steve and Calvin completed. Like most jobs there are small details that need to be adjusted and these were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction with our project manager Gary. In November 2020, we completed a third job with Advance in which we installed two more doors, windows, and additional cedar impression and board and batten siding. Most recently, we scheduled a fourth job for the Spring of 2021 to complete the remaining windows (I have over 40 windows in my home). I can not say enough about how much Advance has exceeded our expectations in every way—the quality of work, great crews and home office staff. They are friendly, requests and concerns are answered quickly by our Project Manger Gary and Sale Representative Rob. Based on the excellent rapport we have with the entire Advance team, we have decided to continue our relationship with them for all future home renovations, no need to look any further. We look forward to continuing our home projects with Advance, as we know it will be stress free.- Janet C.

My project consultant was Kevin James. He was very knowledgeable and very good at his job. He came to help me repeatedly whenever I asked and responded very quickly to my questions. James Cummins has excellent follow-up skills. The crew was Santiago and his group. The work was done mostly in the course of a single day and was very quick and done well. I was very impressed, they sent me pictures of the entire roof completed and it was quality work. I would hire them up.

In September 2020, I hired John Wagner Enterprises LLC to install siding on my entire split level home in North Cape May over existing asbestos siding. Until I found John Wagner, I had a hard time getting contractors to call me back and give estimates. I found John Wagner through Angie's List and very glad I did. He called me the same day that I submitted request and came out the next day to give me a bid. John explained the project, gave a timeline, and clearly demonstrated his experience with the work which gave me confidence to hire him. His price was very fair and reasonable and I signed the contract and paid 50% deposit. John and his team showed up on time and on the date expected and the project finished when he said it would. John and his team were professionals, friendly, and kept the work site clean during the project. My house is a split level and had old asbestos siding. They installed a protective barrier and then the siding. It looks absolutely fantastic. John cut holes in the soffitt to increase my air flow to attic prior to installing new soffitt at no extra charge. I had to leave for a day before the project was finished. I texted John two areas around the electrical box and a deck railing that I requested he re-look since they didn't look right. He said he would take care of it and when I returned a few days later after they left it was fixed. I've hired lots of contractors over the past 20 years. I am really happy with John Wagner. Great work at a great price. The key for me is that John is responsive and he and his team know their stuff. Any issues, John took care of it. Great customer service and commitment to make sure the customer is pleased with final product. That put me at ease. I am very happy with the new siding. It completely transformed the house. I highly recommend John Wagner.
