"I am still in the process of getting my design approved by the city. I had a detailed idea of what I wanted for my renovation, and Vince was able to put it down on paper and adjust to my requests. (Previous architect drew what he wanted for my house, and completely ignored what I was requesting of the design and function of my house. ) Currently waiting for the permits, I don't believe that they will have any problems with the design he created. I would definitely hire him again if needed."

We wanted to get the job done before the upcoming snowstorm over the weekend. The changes recommended and implemented to my plans ensured my Town would issue a building permit. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect.
