"I am still in the process of getting my design approved by the city. I had a detailed idea of what I wanted for my renovation, and Vince was able to put it down on paper and adjust to my requests. (Previous architect drew what he wanted for my house, and completely ignored what I was requesting of the design and function of my house. ) Currently waiting for the permits, I don't believe that they will have any problems with the design he created. "Amazingly! Men showed up next day after giving us a reasonable estimate and finished the work in two days. Paving stone was beautifully laid in pattern. Debris was neatly stacked and removed. Blue stone landing is finally dry after a storm--for years the previous cement landing retained moisture for days after a rain. We couldn't be more pleased with the work and the workers. We have now hired them to redo our entire 100' of landscaping."
