Within a couple of days, I received the estimate for replacing broken sash cords in 2 bedroom windows; replacing tiles in one of the bathrooms; fixing a torn screen door on the terrace deck and the big project was patching up the walk-in master bedroom closet ceiling that was damaged from a water leak from the above condo as well as repainting the whole closet.
