"Most comprehensive, professional & quality work ever done on our home. Deck stairs now rock solid after replacement of cleats. Mike cured water intrusion in breezeway ceiling & repaired rotted joists/beams & beadboard planking. Two of our interior stairwells needed banisters, which Mike had fabricated to match others in our 1932-built home. Finished items were outrageous. Not the lowest bidder, but worth every penny to have every service completed on schedule & PERFECTLY!"

"Harvey was friendly and knowledgeable. When he arrived he immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it. He found a racoon up in the area where the squirrels were as well. He explained to me how he would repair the opening and prevent the squirrels from getting in other areas. In the process of gaining access to the roof to inspect the squirrel problem, Harvey advised that part of my roof was caving in. He even showed me a crack in the kitchen beneath that area of the roof that was a result of the cave in. He strongly advised that I replaced that section of the roof or risk a collapse, particularly with a winters worth of snow ahead of us. Although reluctant, Harvey made me feel confident that he knew what needed to be done. Due to the extreme cold and the holidays, Harvey kept an eye on the weather and planned to do the work on the one mild day, before a big snowstorm hit. As he advised, he finished the job in one day. His workers were polite and friendly and they cleaned up and carted away all their debris. He even patched the crack in my kitchen and painted it! He explained the work as it was going on and showed me a picture of the hole in the roof that had collapsed. I am very glad i trusted him. I wholeheartedly recommend Harvey and his workers. As someone who is used to unreliable and shady contractors, Harvey was a breath of fresh air. He is trustworthy and reliable, professional and competent and his prices were reasonable. Two thumbs up for sure!!"

"It went extremely well and we LOVE our newly renovated and constructed home! Keith was the general contractor for a 2 story 800 sq. ft addition plus renovations. He has a great group of people doing the work (masons, carpenters, tiles, plumbers, electric, etc.) and truly all of them did excellent work and were a pleasure to deal with. This is a contractor who is as honest as the day is long. Furthermore, you know things will change at some point and he was awesome at addressing changes/issues and gets things resolved. We interviewed several companies and we are so glad we chose Keith, his son Grant, and Built-Well. We have some more work to be done, and we will be bringing them all back to do it. They not only met those expectations, but they far exceeded them. "I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor. 
Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen. 
Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome. 
They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work.
If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!!
