Steve, Frank and team were recommended to me by a close friend who had used them at several properties. Since then they have come out several times to my 100-year old house, starting with the installation of a ductless mini-split heat pump AC system 2y ago, which has worked out great. They worked inventively around some very odd quirks of this old house. Today, we had an emergency and Frank saved the day by locating and removing a dead mouse from a hard to reach area inside the furnace, which was making the whole system unusable and leaving the ground floor very cold. In a couple of hours, everything was back in order. Could not have wished for better service. They are a friendly and very capable crew.

Since Steve had installed in 2006, 2 new air conditoning systems and 1 new gas furnace when we expanded and remodeled our home and were very please with the work. We called him to replace our oil heating system in another zone of our house. Steve removed the old boiler and took out the oil tank. He installed a new gas furnace and new venting system. It all went very smoothly even though he had to wait until our oil tank had minimum oil left to start the job. His staff was very thourough, careful and CLEAN..

After an hour or so, they called me back to suggest checking the way I had wired in the generator feed. I thought that went and quot;above and beyondand quot; since we had already determined that I was not going to use the service.

Thermal Design provided very clear information on our choices for replacing our air conditioner compressor unit. They helped us make an excellent, and very economical, choice. They replaced the unit promptly - within 3 days. They arrived on schedule , completed the job on schedule, were courteous, and didn't leave any mess. We were very happy with the service and the results.

We learned a lot from the owner and we really wanted to have Thermal Design install new furnace but his schedule was backed up and we needed heat fast so we went with second choice.

The job went flawlessly. It took me a few weeks to get other details together in order to get my patio extension built, but when I contacted Steven he said he could be there the next day. The day he came was a hot muggy day and I knew they had to work outside, but they were very friendly and professional throughout the whole job which took about 2 hours to do. They were very careful not to make the floors dirty and took off their shoes before coming into the house.

Steve Morgan from Thermal Design was an absolute Godsend for me! I have my business offices on the 3rd floor of my home and when the Unico high pressure air conditioning unit broke down during one of the hottest heat waves of the year, I called Sears who had installed the system and has the service contract and warranty on the unit.
