His design integrated the new room beautifully into the existing house and it looks like it was always there.  All of the builders who bid on his design remarked how detailed and complete his plans were. "Charles and Son Construction & Landscaping did a wonderful job on my patio. Carlos is a true professional from being on time for the appraisal, setting up the off-site appointment to choose the pavers, to having his team finish the job 2 days earlier because of a threat of bad weather. The team was very detailed and I so happy he suggested adding the lights around the edges and on the stairs. I am looking forward to hanging out in the backyard on my new patio all summer long!"

Mathew was very professional and easy to work with, since he was very communicative, collaborative, and walked us through the entire process. It was fun going through the design process with him, and he gave some great recommendations to make what we had in our head even better. We leaned on his experience quite a bit throughout, and were glad to have him there throughout the construction process as well, as he knew how to get the best work out of the contractors. Having had bad experiences with contractors in the past, it was helpful having someone on our side that spoke their same language and held them to a higher quality standard. "Cigano identified a number of important changes to my architectural drawings to strengthen my structure (a car port). The changes recommended and implemented to my plans ensured my Town would issue a building permit. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect. Cigano really came through and its owner was easy to work with and highly professional. I would highly recommend Cigano."
