There are 2 owners Tommy and Mark (2 of Don's sons) and other family members that work either in the office or out in the field. Customers that have repeat services on a monthly or multi-monthly basis may be invoiced upon approval. My replacing of a toilet turned into a much bigger job that added time to his work. Anthony handled it professionally, politely, could not have been nicer.
