"Cesar is professional and his assistants are very nice as well. He is very meticulous and takes his time to do the project the right way for the best result and for the customer's best interest. He is not in a hurry as long as the job is done right, not money hungry at all. I really appreciate his honestly and dedication to his job. He replaced my compressor which died after only 8 yrs. He also did lots of adjustments in my handler in the attic to make air distribution efficient and cool evenly which was never been ever since the central AC in this house was installed. I highly recommend his company."

"I recently hired AC Air Duct Cleaning for a thorough cleaning of my air ducts, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, their team was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They arrived on time and took the time to explain the entire process, addressing all my concerns. The technicians were efficient and worked diligently to ensure that every corner of my duct system was cleaned. I noticed a significant improvement in my home's air quality immediately after the service. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They followed up after the service to ensure I was happy with the results, which truly shows they care about their clients. highly recommended!"

"Our furnace failed on a rather cold day. We called Arctic Air Conditioning and they sent a technician the same morning. The system was ~30 year old, and we know we needed to replace. Once we confirmed that the furnace is not salvageable, they sent an advisor, Chris, to do the measurement and gave an estimate. Chris was able to arrange the installation in 2 days. The team came and completed the work as expected. The work was done in about 5 hours: removal of the old gas furnace & AC unit, installation of new units and new thermostat. They made sure we inspect their work, and showed us how the furnace works. The AC will need to be fully charged when the weather is warmer. A couple things to know is that the utility rebate is small and not worth taking into purchase decision. The Lennox thermostat works well, but the phone app does not work (rated extremely poorly on app store), so don't bother. We picked the better upgrade, which is reflected in the project cost."

"My wife and I appreciated the time Wayne took explaining what needed to be done and answered all of our questions prior to and during the installation. He and his crew did an excellent job installing the 2 high efficiency HVAC systems. Both systems are running well. I thank Wayne for his ongoing dialogue during the installation which gave us confidence in the quality of his workmanship. Even though the systems installed were an upgrade the cost was less than all the other installers that gave us price quotes for the project."

Customers say: Quick response

"Our AC had abruptly stopped working on 7/4 and we had another company come to replace the compressor and the coil. Unfortunately, our AC was still not running properly and was in the mid 80s. The company that installed the equipment came back 7 times with no solution. Desperate, we reached out to Innovative Comfort Solution. Delroy came right away and within five minutes of being here, had accurately assessed the problem. He thoroughly explained the problem to us and began working immediately. Within a few hours, our AC was working efficiently. Delroy was extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, and takes pride in his work. He was in contact with us after he left to ensure it was working properly and followed up the next day to make sure our place was cool. Our only regret about this experience was not going with Innovative Comfort Solution in the first place! Highly recommend Delroy."

Air Conditioning questions, answered by experts

Yes, it’s best to turn off an AC unit that’s blowing hot air to prevent system damage and avoid expensive energy bills. If you let the AC continue running, it will put more strain on the condenser coil and compressor. Plus, if the AC is blowing hot air because of a refrigerant leak, it can also lead to a frozen evaporator coil.

A new air conditioner capacitor will cost less than replacing the entire air conditioner system. While a capacitor itself will cost between $8 and $25, paying a professional to replace an AC capacitor will cost $180 on average. It’s not safe to replace an air conditioner capacitor on your own.

Some of the signs of HVAC issues include rising energy bills, rooms not cooling or heating properly, loud noises when in operation, and signs of condensation. To illustrate, if you’re wondering how to stop condensation on air vents, you’ll need to have your HVAC inspected.

Many factors affect how much adding air conditioning will cost you, from the size of your home to the size, type, brand, and installation specifics of the system itself. Chances are, a new central air conditioning system for a 2,000-square-foot house will cost somewhere between $3,900 and $7,900 to install, with an average around $6,000

The $5,000 rule for HVAC systems helps homeowners decide whether to repair or replace an AC or furnace. Take the quote for the HVAC repair cost and multiply that by the age of the HVAC system. If the total is higher than $5,000, it’s more cost-effective to replace the system. If the total is lower than $5,000, consider repairing the system.
