They lay down mats so as not to dirty up the carpets and stairs and they wore gear to protect themselves from the insulation. MY house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. All of the people working on the project were professional and knowledgeable and the cost was extremely reasonable. For the first time this winter, my house feels like it can hold the heat. After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. We will absolutely be calling Vaillancourt in a few years when our roof needs to be replaced. Highly recommend!"
