We needed a walk in freezer repair at our catering business- Kason was there on Wednesday to investigate, called me the same day with an estimate and we had the install on Friday. He is meticulous, precise and very knowledgeable. Kason has checked in the last few days to make sure things are still running smoothly and the freezer is doing its job- where can you find better customer service? I know we are a CRS Mechanical customer for life now."

"I was selling a 71 year old home and the inspection revealed a failing septic system. I had called another company as well as Bob snd had opted to use the other company which was local in Merrimack. Sadly I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. I could not wait that long since the house needed to be sold before winter. I called Bob and he began the same day! He explained he was also an engineer and could do the required septic design himself. He was able to have the entire job done in 2 weeks and we had a contract to sell before he finished. He was a delight to work with and I woukd recommend this company without any hesitation."

They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "
