"Mike was great. He took his time to explain what he was doing. I had a sediment filter installed and he replaced the pressure tank. He showed me how to check/replace filter as needed. He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. I highly recommend giving them a call for your next plumbing job!"

"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

As they weren't concrete 'masons', they wouldn't be able to fully address that before installing a drainage system. It was all within my budget. When I went to cancel, the person that handled my estimate was concerned that I was cancelling and that I was being given "bad advice" from another contractor. I thanked him for the time he spent, and the information that he gave me, and sent my cancellation form. I would have hired them had they been able to fully address the entire project(s)."
