But I rested in Action's good reviews on HomeAdvisor and kept the appointment. I was so happy I did. Mike was fantastic. He was personable and extremely informative. He knows his AC and heat pumps really well. I look forward to having them back in a couple of weeks to clean my furnace and do some cleaning and troubleshooting on a Hearthstone gas fireplace. When one finds a company one can trust, well, stick with them and get what needs to be done, done. I am so happy to have done something so out of my nature, like trusting HomeAdvisor. "Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

"They weren't able address part of my project which included fixing a bulkhead wall, and masonry. I wanted to have it all addressed project by project and discovered that there was more damage to one of the walls that needed fixing. As they weren't concrete 'masons', they wouldn't be able to fully address that before installing a drainage system. It was all within my budget. I just didn't want to have the drainage system installed and have it fail because due to the mortar crumbling. The person that went to my house spent a considerable amount of time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and not pushy. It wasn't until I had another contractor come through that I realized that what I had initially planned on was not going to work. When I went to cancel, the person that handled my estimate was concerned that I was cancelling and that I was being given "bad advice" from another contractor. I thanked him for the time he spent, and the information that he gave me, and sent my cancellation form. I would have hired them had they been able to fully address the entire project(s)."

Linda from Mr.Rooter called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled a plumber for the next morning.Brian arrived by 11am accessed the situation gave me an estimate and was able to repair the leak.
