He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. "They weren't able address part of my project which included fixing a bulkhead wall, and masonry. I wanted to have it all addressed project by project and discovered that there was more damage to one of the walls that needed fixing. As they weren't concrete 'masons', they wouldn't be able to fully address that before installing a drainage system. It was all within my budget.
