They were 100% knowledgeable about our chimneys and woodstoves.They were able to fix every issue they found (one of which, an old, crumbling terra cotta flue lining, presented two serious safety issues of house fire and carbon monoxide poisoning). They also solved a chronic issue with one of our woodstoves. They had all needed supplies with them and did not leave our home until everything was safe and working properly. We truly appreciated their professionalism, sense of responsibility, and how much they cared about our safety. We plan to have them come for all future chimney and woodstove servuce. "I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "One word: Don't. They replaced the top 6' of our chimney about 7 years ago as well as parging and sealing all of our chimneys and the new chimney is literally falling apart in chunks, the joints are seeping water, and the parging is flaking off. Besides that, while these two jokers were here (and we weren't) our neighbor told us that they were arguing and throwing chunks of concrete at each other. We also found that rather than haul the old chimney pieces away they hid them in the brush beside our lawn. Also, forget about a warrantee. That is B.S."

"1st day of install we got rained out, but he returned a couple days later (due to my schedule) and finished the job. They took the time to make sure I knew how to run the new stove. One thing i want to add.. I as all set to buy the best they had on offer. They took the time to explain why a cheaper stove would actualy serve my house better then the more expensive one i had 1st chosen with better effeciency and much easier and cheaper part replacement on pieces that wear out (like the burn basket) All in all a great experence with people that really knew what they were doing!"
