I experienced great service with Malsky Electric! Jerome came right on schedule, got to work, and was neat and professional throughout the installation. I am so happy to have new, working outlets with upgraded switches, including a dimmer. Also, my lights look awesome...and now I am all LED!! Thank you!!

fourth time we have used Malsky Electric, and we have always been very satisfied with his work.  He has always given us fair and accurate estimates, when he has discovered new issues, he has done a great job of clearly explaining the problem to us, and he is very professional.  At this point I don't call anyone else for my electrical work.

Jerome and his crew were a pleasure to work with.  Out of the four quotes I received, Jerome's was the least expensive, and he was able to get the work done in a timely manner.  In fact, he was ready to do the work the day he came to quote the job, but I wasn't ready.  The work was in my commercial bakery that I was renovating, and was under a tight schedule.  Jerome and his team accomplished everything in a day, even after I added a few items to the list.  He was flexible and the quality of work was excellent.  I am happy to finally have an electrician to call upon who is reasonably priced with high quality work.

We were in the process of selling our rental house and the home inspection cited some electrical issues.  I sent Jerome the inspection report via email and he promptly provided a quote and came and did the job.  The buyers were pushing for a new breaker panel which would have been very costly, but Jerome did such a great job cleaning the existing panel, they conceded that a new panel was not needed.
During the freak storm we had in October last year, the main wire was torn off the house by a tree and was dangling.  He came right away and reattached it to the house.
He is coming this week to install a survelliance system and a bunch of other punch list items I have been accumulating.  He is super responsive, reasonably priced and very professional.   This will be the 4th job in the last 4 years we have used Jerome.  The first job was to update the electrical panel with circuit breakers in our new house and we've used him as our electrician ever since.

It was great. They showed up when they said they would show up. Instead of it turning into what could have been a fairly expensive fixture replacement they were able to repair the existing light fixture. It was a pull chain issue for an over head light. I was surprised, I spent less money than I thought I would have to spend for it.

They did a very good job. There was only one difficulty, and this was that he is very hard to contact Jerome Malsky over the phone. He is very responsive through email, so I would try to contact him via email as well as giving him a call. The work was excellent and he charged $300 for the work. The total bill came to be $400 because of some extra work that needed to be done. I would recommend Jerome to anyone.

Jerry was prompt, professional and very courteous. He gave me a great quote, showed up on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend!

Jerry came the day after I called to give an estimate, analyzed the problems knowledgeably, and gave a very good price. When I told him he had the job, he offered to do it on the spot, which I asked him to go ahead and do. He was professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

Jerry's work was thorough, meticulous and fast. His evaluation of the job before he gave a quote was extremely detailed and a big reason why he got the project. His prices were extremely competitive, and he didn't have a problem adding the small curveballs that we threw at him. (e.g. 'can you move this ceiling fan from the dining room to the kitchen when you rewire those rooms') He also came back immediately to fix a small lighting issue a couple of days after he finished. Finding a quality electrician can be hard enough (and I say that as someone who has an electrician in the family)...Jerry is now our go-to guy.

We have used them twice. They are quick to respond. They do the work well and their prices are great. They are very professional.

They were a little late but they called to let me know that they were working later on another job. I have no problem with that. They installed the 9 lights and the fan/light combo as well astwo dimmer switches. They worked straight through and were completed.in about 6 hours. They were so concerned with perfection that when they found a chip in the paint in the ceiling, they asked if I had some paint to fix it. I am fine fixing this myself but it was very nice that they brought it to my attention without me having to inspect thier work. Thier work was first rate.

I found them through Angieslist. They were great and I would use them again in future.

They are a group of young electricians. They are the best electricians I have ever had. They are awesome people. They did a beautiful job. We are having a storm and so I turned on the ice melters. They are working perfectly. I have an old house and the wiring job was difficult. They had to go through crawl spaces, up in attics and little cr?ches and mice and things. They were just great. They wired in plugs for ice melters. They put in new electrical lines with a switch. They also provided a back up switch just in case the first switch did not work. They did a great job. I have used them a couple of times and I will never call any other electrician in future.

I was having a new ceiling put in, so decided to install recessed lighting as well. When Jerry Malsky did the estimate, we discussed the lighting arrangement and he gave us many options. He and Brad then came exactly when he said they would. They had to remove parts of the existing dropped ceiling, but didn't charge us for it. They were very professional, and Brad did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterward. Brad had to come back after the new ceiling was installed (as planned) to complete the job, at no extra charge. They also left an extra light bulb. Throughout, they were very friendly and efficient.

Great experience! Brad from Malsky Electric arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and came up with a very creative solution. I was impressed by his professionalism and expert repair work and conscientious clean up. Quite refreshing to see such excellent service! I had sent email on Friday night, and Jerome replied to call him over the weekend for scheduling. I was the first stop on Monday morning! Very impressive response time.

Excellent- I called and left a message on a Saturday, heard back from him on a Sunday, he came Monday morning first thing. He was super-polite, did everything and more that we asked him to do, and left our house perfectly clean after he finished.

The service was excellent. His price was good and he came in quickly and finished all the work faster then he thought he would. They also completely cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I was very happy with the work.

It went great! I called with a short time line and they were able to fit me in no problem. They said it would be about an hour's worth of work and that they would send one guy to do it and charge by the hour. The electrician showed up on time, was a nice fellow that was flexible when I asked if he was willing to put up the lights outside when I had originally only told them it would be the lights inside and it was done in less than an hour. The price was great and totally worth not doing myself and screwing it up. :-)

I found Malsky Electric on Angie's List. He came out very quick and provided me with an estimate. He was very prompt and he cleaned up very well after himself. He explained that they do pride themselves on these facts.

He installed some outlets, and other small electrical work. He cleaned up the place, once the job was done. His pricing was fair, and he did a good job. I was satisfied with his work.

I called Malsky Electric based on ratings here and on prior experience with one of their electricians who was as subcontractor on some work at my house. I received a return call within a day and we quickly scheduled time for the work at my convenience. I initially expected that I would need a new circuit for the sump pump, but the electrician who did the work advised me that was not required by code and that a nearby circuit had more than enough capacity to support the pump. He installed a GFI outlet off the existing circuit and installed the whole house surge protector. The overall price for this job was reasonable, but be sure to check on the minimum call charge if you have a small job.
