"Paul and Jay were a pleasure to work with. We added on a 10x14 addition (dining room) to the house. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room. They brought in their contractors for HVAC and electrical ( pricey there ) but that helped us a lot! Highly recommended.. Thanks again Paul"

"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. These guys worked, day-in and day-out, to get work done in a timely fashion, often working very long days. They were meticulous workers ensuring everything looked perfect. "This is the 2nd job we has Steve do for us. The was a min bathroom renovation and also kitchen backsplash. Bathroom came out great. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product. Steve also did the backsplash in the kitchen. It came out perfect. I would definitely recommend Steve for any home improvement projects you may have."
