"Hahaha, nothing better to do in your retirement Peter? On New Years eve no less? One a job we did back in June? You need to be careful when you post reviews as to make them accurate. We did the siding job for you and you told me what a great job we did and paid me in full. Weeks after we finished you told me we missed a row of nails which were not see due to the stagging being in place. We came out and took care of it as soon as we were able but since it had been raining out for weeks, it was not the day after you told me about it. I was far from belligerent to you and only sarcastic when you said you were going to take back your excellent review you gave us and replace it with a negative one because we didnt go the next day after your review threat. Anyways, hope you enjoy your retirement. Seems like you may need a hobby. BTW, you live in Georgetown, why did you change this to Haverhill? Just so you could publish another review? I wish I could post our text message chain."

"I expect all people to share their honest experience with potential customers. I pride myself on our quality and service and offer the best price possible which allows me to be competitive and profitable. Obviously some contractors can be better priced as they do not have the same overhead as I do. This is a difficult business and has a lot of moving parts and I do my best to make it all come together as painlessly as possible for my customers. That said, I discounted your price, gave you extras at little to no mark up and frankly had to put up with your very inappropriate behavior. Its not often I am called a liar and it is one thing I am not and I believe you threw my yard signs away because you didnt want them on your lawn. If you could not wait for us to get to your project, I offered your small deposit back and you could have went elsewhere. Although I am not sure who you would have found that would not have had the same back log I do if they were any good at what they do. If you had went with someone else, I am certain they would not have put up with your repeated calls and texts at all hours of the day and night and during the weekends. Your behavior is why I needed to push back on you and I assume is why I was given a 3.5 rating for service. This is not really of great concern to me as I have hundreds of customers who would not agree with you and I think you did this just to be spiteful. That is poor if true and something I do not take lightly as this is how I feed my family and all of my employees families. What I am totally not understanding to is why you want us to do more projects for you? Why would you if you were not totally satisfied with what we did? Your review actually brought my overall rating on Home Advisor down and would have been better for me not to have asked you for a review. Had the job gone badly and I didnt do what I was contracted to do, I would expect a low rating from you. I thought given the challenges, we went above and beyond to deliver a superior product for you. Clearly I was wrong. We have satisfied our contract with you and signed off (and complimented) by the building inspector. I have no obligation to you at this point and I really think it would be best for you to find someone else to do your shed project or any future work we discussed."
"Thank you Matt and Annette for your business. We enjoyed working with you and are very please we could help make your new house a home."
