"My wife and I moved into our home in the spring of 2022. Our house is 20 years old and it was our dream to redo our kitchen. We had no experience working with contractors before and when we asked around our neighborhood for recommendations, Perry Brothers came up over and over. We came up with a wish list which required renovating the kitchen, taking down walls, refinishing and replacing floors on the first and second floor, putting in a beam and crown molding and repainting large pieces of our home. (A tall order) Perry brothers sent over Mike Hathaway to lead our project. This guy redefines professional. He helped in every step of the process. He helped plan, price, schedule and execute our vision. My wife and I were worried about budget and timing, and Mike made sure we were always heard and taken care of. He is truly a can do person and was super kind in the face of any of our anxieties. The work Perry Brother performed is nothing short of remarkable. To say we were surprised at the end product is an understatement. In a time where interest rates are extremely high, making the most of your home is extremely important. My wife and I have a one year old and another one due in March. After all the work we did, it really feels like we had a chance to put our fingerprint down and we would highly recommend working with Perry Brothers again. Thank you very much to the full team and especially Mike. When we plan to redo our basement they will be the first call."

"We had a great experience using Norman Builders to renovate our master bathroom. Ryan Norman is a true pleasure to work with. He is professional, extremely responsive, and truly works to make sure that every detail of the project is done right. All of the subcontractors were professional and courteous. Lance was at our house for the majority of the project and did an amazing job with many aspects of the room, and particularly with the tiled shower. Brian was also great. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and would absolutely use Norman Builders for future projects. The workmanship is top notch and Ryan is fantastic to work with."

"Bob did an excellent job installing our corner kitchenette cabinets in our basement. This was a project that required both skill and precision as our basement floor (like many basement floors) is not fully level. He was skillful and thoughtful in his execution, and it came out great! We are very grateful and look forward to hiring him for more projects in our home."

"Contacted Dave to talk about work needed; Dave was punctual, professional and very reasonable. Day of the work, he and his sons arrived on time and completed the work and left the area neat and clean, ready for the next crew to begin.

"Bob was great- this was our first renovation as new homeowners and he helped us through the process, answering all of our questions and listening to what we wanted. We absolutely love the end result!"

"We have nothing but great things to say about Diorio Builders! James worked at our house most of the time and he went above and beyond. We could not be happier with how our kitchen turned out and would recommend this company over and over. Thanks again guys!"

"Very pleased with the work of Carlos Corte-Real and his crew. Carlos was patient and always available to answer all our questions, and his crew were hard-working and professional. They did quality work, were careful around our bushes and deck, cleaned up everywhere, and made sure we were satisfied before final payment was requested. We would recommend them again. (Upton, MA)"

"Pedro renovated about 80% of our 1890s 5-bedroom Victorian home. The work was uniformly excellent and completed on schedule, despite the interruptions caused by the early phases of the pandemic. Pedro is an absolute pleasure to work with, and he maintained excellent relationships with us, the architect, and his subcontractors. His estimate was reasonable as were the change orders. We were lucky to find him!"

"Everything was done at the highest level. Highly recommended. Thank you Peter!"
