"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. These guys worked, day-in and day-out, to get work done in a timely fashion, often working very long days. They were meticulous workers ensuring everything looked perfect. He took the time to lay out a template for me to see in person before pouring a concrete foundation to make sure there would be enough space for all of my supplies. We had to replace a water-heater and the plumbers had to tear apart the closet in the meantime so we needed a thorough but quality job done last minute and quickly to restore the closet! PJC was there within days, and after work hours finishing the pieces until the sun went down just so we could get our house put back together as soon as possible. The quality was amazing and exceeded my expectations and was done at a reasonable cost.
