Sterg was great to work with. He was responsive and kept the project moving throughout. We had a few minor delays when subcontractors werenâ t available on time, but nothing that dragged on too long. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the few issues that came up along the way were dealt with fully. I would hire Tseranos again!

We hired Tseranos Construction to complete the Excavation work for our new house and GC the entire project. Sterg drew funds from our construction loan and did not pay all of the subcontractors those funds were for. Tseranos Construction violated multiple sections of the contract and never completed the job they were hired for.

Project came in on budget. Major remodel to create bedroom on- suite with full bath. Will work with you on the planning, layout. They showed up on time everyday. Absolutely loved the outcome. Highly recommend. Thanks Sterg for a job well done!

Project went smooth, and price was on the low end of 5 other quotes. The work was either done by the owner or closely supervised when sub-contractors were used. Very flexible when changes were requested. Very patient when we had questions. And out of 5 contractors we interviewed, he was the only one who came with plans during the first site visit based on my description. Took all the stress out of the decision to spend the money on this project. We are getting great feedback from our neighbors as well, the garage looks great.
