We found John's Landscaping Service on here, and had them come out to give us a quote on our Fall Cleanup this year along with 2 other companies.  John's Landscaping Service came in well below the other quotes, and we took a chance on this after reading the good reviews as we thought the price was too good to be true! Turns out they did a great job, and price included 2 trips to come out and clean up the leaves and such. Very professional, stuck to their quote, and responded quickly. At the end of each work day, the property was left clean and orderly with all tools put away for the night. The finished product was far beyond my expectations.
