C & S Roofing Inc. did an outstanding job! Our salesman Mark Bunyan handled our entire insurance claim after our property was damaged by the Tornado in June 2017. He kept us informed during the process and ensured that everything was done in a timely manner. The crews were friendly, courteous and each crew cleaned up after the job was done. We were thankful for a great experience after the devastation. We would hire Mark from C & S for sure again!

Overall, it took almost a year to complete all the repairs due to weather & availability & demand. Having follow up was great & repairs were done right the first time & met expectations.

C&S did an outstanding job with my roof. After I failed to get a call back from another top rated company, I called C&S and was glad the first company did not call back. From start to finish, C&S worked with me and the insurance company on the details of the roof replacement. Everything was inspected and identified ahead of time. The salesperson, Scott, understands the insurance process very well and helped us in negotiating a settlement. We are very pleased with the job C&S did and also with how we were treated. I definitely recommend and will use again, if needed.

"In early June of 2016, I hired C&S Roofing to replace the roof, gutters and install vinyl siding on my Mother’s house. The roof and gutter subcontractors did quality work, but did a poor job cleaning the site after the work was done. During the siding installation, something was dropped on the air-conditioning unit which resulted in it being shorted out. Since it was an extremely warm day, my 91 year old mother tried to get help from the siding crew, informing them several times that the AC was not working. Apparently none of them spoke English, as they did not acknowledge understanding her. Upon realizing later that nothing was being done about the issue, my Mother called my wife who arranged for an air conditioning repair technician to begin repairs. By the time the air conditioning repair technician got there, the house air temperature had risen to 85 degrees. The repair technician stated in his repair bill summary that the unit was damaged by siding material that was dropped on the unit. During the repair, my Mom became ill and requested the repair technician call a rescue squad. She ended up passing away 2 days later of heart failure. When contacted later, C&S Roofing offered to pay for the air-conditioning repair bill, but no other explanation other than that they were not responsible for anything other costs. The only action C&S Roofing took was to file a lien on my Mom's property while I worked through insurance and other legal issues. I was then forced to hire a lawyer to get the lien resolved. This indicates that C&S Roofing provides poor if any real oversight of their subcontractors which results in poor communication with customers and raises questions of the overall quality of their work. I would never recommend this company to anyone."

He scheduled the roofers to come whole we were on vacation- Awesome! They got the necessary work done with minimal disruption to my life.

TO START WITH,  ALL THE ROOFERS  THAT I CONTACTED HAD MIXED IDEAS OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SOME WANTED TEAR OFF AND SOME WANTED NEW ROOF OVER EXISTING. ALL COSTS WERE VARIED DEPENDING ON VAGUE ISSUES AND NEVER SEEMED TO MAKE SENSE.       WHEN MIKE AND SHANE ARRIVED ON MY LOCATION THEY TOOK ONE LOOK AND TOLD ME WHAT A PRO WOULD DO, HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE, AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST.  NOW WITH ANY JOB LIKE THIS UNEXSPECTED COSTS MAY ARRISE BUT THERE WERE NO SURPRISES ON MY ROOF.  MY BUILDING IS A SEVENTY YEAR OLD STOREFRONT AND HAS HAD MANY ATTEMPTS AT FLAT ROOFS. THE STRUCTURE NEEDED SOME REDESIGNING THAT ALL THE OTHER CONTRACTORS OVERLOOKED.  ONCE THE NEW PLAN WAS LAID OUT I WONDERED WHY THE OTHER  CONTRACTORS  DIDNT SEE THIS APPROACH.  WHEN THE WORK STARTED I WAS OUT OF TOWN AND WAS WORRIED, SO I SENT OVER SOME SPIES TO KEEP TABS ON THE OPERATION.  EVERY THING WENT SMOOTH.  THE BOYS DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT.  IN THE END I HAVE A ROOF THAT LOOKS LIKE A PRO JOB AND ALSO FOR THE LOWEST BID.  OH... BUY THE WAY IT DONT LEAK.  I CAN GET RID OF ALL MY OLD FIVE GALLON BUCKETS THAT CAUGHT WATER LEAKS.  AND TO THINK I CAME VERY CLOSE TO USING SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE I FOUND C&S.  THANKS GUYS  MY OLD CARS ARE SAFE AND DRY NOW.

C&S Roofing were prompt, very efficient, cleaned up after work was done. They (the team estimater) were all excellent.

They sent someone out the same day I called (which was good since we had a leak after a storm). He gave me an estimate and fixed it immediately. He gave me options for repairing and replacing the entire window. Very professional and quickly repaired.

I called C&S due to their reputation not only online but in my area (word of mouth). I had some concerns with specific areas of my roof and they seemed to be able to address these concerns for immediate needs and future fixes. As I understand it, it can be difficult at time to assess damage without actually removing that which blocks the faulty area. In any event they made necessary repairs and we schedule for a future larger project. The representative was thorough and invited me upon the roof to show areas of concern from his vantage point, weak wood, previous hail damage, lesser quality materials, errors in prior installation. Guess I would have preferred the last contractor would have done the same and we may not be addressing these things now. OH well, great experience C&S, THANKS!
